Ingredients:
- 250 gram sukiyaki beef
- 100 gram onion, slice gradually
- 3 pcs garlic, minced
- 100 gram red bell pepper, cut into rectangle
- 100 gram green bell pepper, cut into rectangle
- 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 2 tsp of soy sauce
- 1 tsp of sweet soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of margarine
- 1/2 tspn of salt
- 1 tsp of pepper powder
Directions:
- Melt in margarine over medium heat, stir minced garlic and onion till it smells nice. Then add beef sukiyaki, cook until the beef is ready.
- Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt and pepper powder, stir evenly.
- For the last, add the red and green bell pepper, cook until done, and then turn off the heat, set them aside.
