Strawberry Yakult Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 3 bottles yakult
  • 9 strawberries
  • 1 cup of ice or 3-4 ice cubes
  • Fructose (optional)
Directions:
  1. Put all the ingredients except the ice into the mixer.
  2. Mix until smooth. 
  3. Add the ice cubes then mix again for a moment.
